askelle offers flexible plans for individuals, teams, and organizations.
Individual Plan
Best for solo users who want a private workspace with the option to add seats as they grow.
$25 per month
Includes 1 seat
- $10 per additional seat
Team Plan
Ideal for small organizations that need shared billing and role based collaboration.
$100 per month
Includes 5 seats
- $7 per additional seat
Enterprise Plan
For larger organizations that need more seats, structure, and advanced controls.
$350 per month
Includes 25 seats
- $5 per additional seat
All plans include secure document storage, proposal creation and editing, askelle’s AI writing assistant, grant matching, a project and funding calendar, and tailored scoping through askelle’s suggestions engine.
Billing is powered by Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation can occur anytime within the billing cycle. Your subscription will be valid until the end of the billing cycle, despite which day you cancel your subscription.
For annual subscriptions, billing is once a year, with cancellations becoming active at the end of the annual billing cycle.

Does askelle offer a free trial period or special promotions?
askelle offers a 7-day free trial period to test and explore our product. The free trial period is automatically applied to your account upon registration. Connect with us to learn more – you may have access to a discount already and not know it!
What payment methods do you accept?
askelle uses Stripe as a payment partner for all transactions. Through Stripe, we accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards in 135+ currencies
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Link

What is your refund policy?
askelle is committed to providing accountable service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or service, contact us at support@askelle.ai.
While we hold customers responsible for managing their accounts and active subscriptions, we recognize that sometimes things get missed. We are willing to work with you on resolving these issues on a case-by-case basis.

How does askelle’s AI work?
askelle uses your own documents and organizational knowledge as the primary source of truth. When you prompt the system, askelle:
• Reads and interprets your uploaded content
• Generates a draft based on your materials, instructions, and preferences
• Uses a large language model to refine structure, clarity, and completeness
• Securely retrieves uptodate information from the web without exposing your documents
• Adapts to your style and workflows over time
askelle also supports your broader funding workflow. It can match your projects to relevant grants, help you scope your submissions with tailored suggestions, and track deadlines and reporting in a project and funding calendar.
askelle’s AI improves the more you use it. It learns from how you:
• Ask questions
• Edit responses
• Save or delete drafts
• Leave responses unsaved
• Provide feedback through your interactions
askelle’s learning is strongest when you opt in to sharing business data, but the system will still improve even without opting in.
This creates accurate, contextaware responses while keeping your information private and protected.
Is there a limit to how many conversations I can have with askelle?
askelle’s public beta provides customers with unlimited access to the platform, including unlimited prompting and conversations.
Can I share my askelle conversations with team members?
Yes. askelle now supports secure, role based collaboration.
You can invite team members into shared workspaces, assign roles (owner, admin, reviewer, contributor), and collaborate on proposals with controlled access. Reviewers can comment, contributors can edit, and teams can work together in a structured, organized environment.
You can also export or copy responses if you prefer to share content outside the platform.
Account Management & Data Security
How do I create an account?
To create an askelle account, you first must select a subscription plan. To do this, go to askelle.ai, click on EXPLORE PRICING, and follow the prompts to select your subscription, input your payment information, and pay for a subscription plan. Once payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to our CREATE ACCOUNT page to input your account credentials.
How long does askelle keep my data?
askelle’s Data Retention Policy is summarized below:
- Account Deletion: Upon cancelling your subscription or account with askelle, askelle will store your business data for 30 days. Written submissions to delete data sooner than our 30-day retention policy can be submitted to support@askelle.ai
- Inactive Accounts: If your account has been deemed “inactive” for over 1 year, askelle will migrate your data to archives. Customers who have been deemed “inactive” will be notified by email when data is being transitioned to our archives. This data will remain in askelle archives for an additional 1-year period, unless reactivated by the customer.

How does askelle ensure data security?
askelle ensures security of your data in the following ways:
- Encryption: askelle encrypts all data at rest and in transit between our customers and us and between us and our service providers and uses strict access controls to limit who can access data. This per-customer encryption ensures additional layers of protection for customers who have opted-out of sharing business data.
- Secure Logging Practices: askelle has set perimeters for declaring rules and conditions for different levels of data (essential and non-essential), so askelle logs non-essential data only of customers who have opted in.
- Key Management: askelle ensures that we do not have direct access to the encryption keys for customers who have opted-out of sharing business data.
Does askelle train its models on my business data?
askelle does not train any models, nor does it share any customer data with third parties that train large language models. If you have explicitly opted-in to share your data with askelle, askelle reserves the right to use this data in a testing dataset that can be used to benchmark the efficiency and accuracy of our product.
These opt-in options are presented upon signing up for askelle and can also be adjusted in the Settings section of your askelle account.
Does askelle review my business data?
If you have explicitly opted-in to share your business data with askelle, askelle may run any business data submitted to askelle’s services through automated content classifiers and safety tools to better understand how our services are used. The classifications created are metadata about the business data but do not contain any of the business data itself.
Opt-in options for sharing data are presented upon signing up for askelle and can also be adjusted in the Settings section of your askelle account.
Who can access my data?
askelle has established a Zero-Standing Access (ZSA) policy, which limits access to customer business data to two purposes:
- To provide assistance on a customer support case
- To implement product improvements (only available to askelle if customers have opted-in)

During public beta, we will be updating the askelle product once a month at minimum. If there are anticipated service outages, customers will be notified a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
