answers to questions you didn't know you had

askelle’s public beta pricing and subscription plans can be summarized below:

Monthly: CA$55/month

Annual: CA$528/year

If you don’t need to utilize askelle every month, another option is to downgrade your account to a Dormant Subscription. This subscription is CA$10/month and allows you to reduce your monthly fee while keeping your data and account credentials active. The Dormant Subscription would be most commonly used when you don’t have any upcoming applications in your pipeline. Under this subscription tier, you will be unable to create new proposals or utilize askelle AI capabilities until you upgrade your account again.

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation can occur anytime within the billing cycle. Your subscription will be valid until the end of the billing cycle, despite which day you cancel your subscription.

For annual subscriptions, billing is once a year, with cancellations becoming active at the end of the annual billing cycle.

If you have concerns about these cancellation terms, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected]

askelle offers a 7-day free trial period to test and explore our product. The free trial period is automatically applied to your account upon registration. Connect with us to learn more – you may have access to a discount already and not know it!

askelle is committed to providing accountable service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or service, contact us at [email protected]

While we hold customers responsible for managing their accounts and active subscriptions, we recognize that sometimes things get missed. We are willing to work with you on resolving these issues on a case-by-case basis.

Unlike standard open-source large language models, askelle uses documents you upload as the first source of information. When you prompt askelle’s AI, we will use your information first. Then, after assessing how it can answer your prompt with the provided documents, askelle will then reference the large language model to:

    • provide the logic for developing a relevant response
    • adjust the response based on the prompt you asked and how you asked the prompt to be responded to (any specific parameters you gave)
    • add any additional context available that will enhance the quality of the response

When you interact with askelle’s AI, it will learn more about your preferences, and learn to fine tune itself to your unique business. askelle will continue to learn about your business as you:

  • ask questions
  • edit responses received
  • save responses received
  • delete responses received
  • avoid saving responses/leaving them unsaved

askelle’s learning capability is best supported when customers opt-in to sharing business data, but the product will still show improvements for users even without opting-in.

askelle’s public beta provides customers with unlimited access to the platform, including unlimited prompting and conversations.

We do not have a feature directly in the platform to share with your team, but you can copy responses to your clipboard to share with others, or download responses to a PDF file to share elsewhere.

To create an askelle account, you first must select a subscription plan. To do this, go to askelle.ai, click on EXPLORE PRICING, and follow the prompts to select your subscription, input your payment information, and pay for a subscription plan. Once payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to our CREATE ACCOUNT page to input your account credentials.

askelle’s Data Retention Policy is summarized below:

  1. Account Deletion: Upon cancelling your subscription or account with askelle, askelle will store your business data for 30 days. Written submissions to delete data sooner than our 30-day retention policy can be submitted to [email protected]
  2. Inactive Accounts: If your account has been deemed “inactive” for over 1 year, askelle will migrate your data to archives. Customers who have been deemed “inactive” will be notified by email when data is being transitioned to our archives. This data will remain in askelle archives for an additional 1-year period, unless reactivated by the customer.

askelle’s Privacy Policy, along with its Terms of Service, are located on askelle’s website at askelle.ai/legal

askelle ensures security of your data in the following ways:

  1. Encryption: askelle encrypts all data at rest and in transit between our customers and us and between us and our service providers and uses strict access controls to limit who can access data. This per-customer encryption ensures additional layers of protection for customers who have opted-out of sharing business data.
  2. Secure Logging Practices: askelle has set perimeters for declaring rules and conditions for different levels of data (essential and non-essential), so askelle logs non-essential data only of customers who have opted in.
  3. Key Management: askelle ensures that we do not have direct access to the encryption keys for customers who have opted-out of sharing business data.

askelle does not train any models, nor does it share any customer data with third parties that train large language models. If you have explicitly opted-in to share your data with askelle, askelle reserves the right to use this data in a testing dataset that can be used to benchmark the efficiency and accuracy of our product.

These opt-in options are presented upon signing up for askelle and can also be adjusted in the Settings section of your askelle account.

If you have explicitly opted-in to share your business data with askelle, askelle may run any business data submitted to askelle’s services through automated content classifiers and safety tools to better understand how our services are used. The classifications created are metadata about the business data but do not contain any of the business data itself.

Opt-in options for sharing data are presented upon signing up for askelle and can also be adjusted in the Settings section of your askelle account.

askelle has established a Zero-Standing Access (ZSA) policy, which limits access to customer business data to two purposes:

    1. To provide assistance on a customer support case
    2. To implement product improvements (only available to askelle if customers have opted-in)

If you have further concerns about how business data is accessed within these above parameters, please contact [email protected] for more details.

askelle hosts its infrastructure and stores customer business data utilizing a Private Cloud solution dedicated to askelle. This datacentre is currently located in the European Union (EU).
